The Document Management product line provides forms and document management solutions for the cloud, Windows, and IBM iSeries systems. With document management software, you can electronically capture, manage, and distribute all of your documents and data.
Recent product releases include:
- SignHere 1.7.3
- Added startup routine to clear temp files created by SignHere.
- Added ability for users to search webdocs from the Webdocs tab.
- Added ability for users to download a webdocs document from the Webdocs tab and open in the viewer for signature capture.
- Fixed issue where right click context menu would not appear when pasting a copied annotation.
- Fixed issue where note text could be lost if copy annotation is used before user clicks off of the annotation.
- Fixed issue where copy/paste of an annotation may not remember the correct position if user moves it and clicks a different page.
- Webdocs Forms Management 11.0.13
- Fixed issue where a business rule for displaying an uploaded image in a message control fails for workflows.
- Fixed issue where a form/workflow that is deleted in a deployed state continues to count against the deployed forms on the server.
- Fixed issue after download/upload of the workflow.zip file, one mapped PDF is replaced by another.
- Fixed issue where after upgrade v10.1.x to v11.0.11, the error ‘liquibase.exception.DatabaseException: ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found’ is encountered when there is missing data in the database.
- Fixed issue where after upgrading to v11.0.x, a form with a control template fails to load.
- Apache Tomcat version upgraded to v9.0.82 to address security vulnerability.
- Fixed issue where clicking + (add row) on a table sometimes copies prior row's data.
- This release consists of a series of fixes that are critical for optimizing Webdocs customers’ usability and overall experience with the product. You can find all of them in the release notes here.
- Webdocs Capture 3.0.1
- Fixed issue where second or more print to webdocs actions cause the UI to disable fields incorrectly.
- Fixed issue where scanner could not be selected from drop down menu when scanner is 32bit.
